The 12-Month Home Maintenance Schedule groups selected, and common components that make up your home into maintenance priorities. Each group is emailed to you monthly with different projects to perform. Some projects will require attention monthly while others will require quarterly, biannual, or annual maintenance. This is why a different schedule arrives each month. After a year, all maintenance tasks have been performed and the Maintenance Schedule starts over again for the next year. The 12-Month Home Maintenance Schedule is a living program that changes with new products and improved maintenance concerns.

Homeowners differ in their abilities to perform maintenance and repairs to their home. Some are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to take on any task; others do not and rely on contractors to protect them.
