Fidelity’s inspections and reporting procedures are conducted under the strict Standards of Practice set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors after an objective and impartial visual inspection of the property, we provide the Client with the information needed to better understand the present condition and maintenance expectations of the home. This information comes in Fidelity’s formal narrative reports. We exceed all minimum guidelines and this will help the Client feel more confident with one of the largest investment in a lifetime. If the Client already owns the property, this knowledge will help protect that investment and ensure a continuing pride in ownership .

	The inspection report shows what the home’s current needs may be, and how to care for it in the future.
	The complete narrative report is available on this website the same evening of the inspection.
	E-mailed and paper reports are also available upon request.
