The Inspection & Cost

The inspection is a comprehensive, visual examination of the systems and structural components of a home.  It includes hundreds of items; everything from the roof down to the basement.  The inspection encompasses:

The duration of a typical home inspection is 4 to 5 hours.  This does not include report prep time. 

The cost of the home inspection depends on its size, age and complexity. Charges typically range from $350 to $450.00 

A typical condominium inspection takes between 3 to 4 hours to complete and its cost also depends on size, age and complexity. Charges typically range from $325 to $450.00

The reports are easy to understand -- they are narrative and contain digital photography with descriptive captions that provide a clear understanding of the subject problem.  These reports have generated many compliments from my Clients, as well as their Agents.
