| Be sure all utilities are on and systems are
operational.
| Occupant should provide access to all areas of the
home.
| Advise occupants that selected equipment, systems,
doors and windows will be operated and will be left in the
conditions they were found.
| Allow plenty of time for your Inspection Tour
| Wear appropriate clothing.
| Make your inspector is aware of any special
concerns you may have.
| Bring a copy of the Sellers Disclosure notice to
the inspection. |
